Mentor and support Home Managers, helping them develop effective teams and meet organizational objectives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, sharing innovative practices across the network. What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you should have: Significant experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or managing multiple care homes. A track record of success in driving quality improvements and delivering strong CQC ratings. Leadership skills that inspire teams and foster a culture of excellence.
