The RoleAs the
Regional Manager
, you will oversee a portfolio of care homes, working closely with Home Managers to elevate service standards and achieve business goals. This role involves driving improvements, enhancing CQC ratings, and ensuring each home delivers exceptional care. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of the homes under your guidance.


Main Responsibilities


  • Provide strategic leadership to Home Managers, ensuring consistent high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive improvements across the region, focusing on raising CQC ratings and delivering outstanding care outcomes.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue generation.
  • Mentor and support Home Managers, helping them develop effective teams and meet organizational objectives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, sharing innovative practices across the network.

What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Significant experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or managing multiple care homes.
  • A track record of success in driving quality improvements and delivering strong CQC ratings.
  • Leadership skills that inspire teams and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Deep knowledge of care regulations, standards, and compliance.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the North West as part of the role.
