HSWs are expected to be kind & responsive but professional & informative & contribute to the quality of the services we provide by: Keeping the patients using our services as safe as possible by recognising the limits of the HSW role & working closely with Registered Professionals. Provide direct physical care to a designated group of patients through participation in the care planning, provision and evaluation of patients’ needs under the supervision of trained staff.
