Main duties of the job The Administrative Single Point of Access team is responsible for processing and registering new referrals booking clinics and client appointments to support achievement of service key performance indicators/targets, updating waiting lists, and communicating appointment related information to patients, carers and health professionals. They aim to make effective use of resources, reduce duplication and ensure that referrals are effectively and safely managed through the system. The post holder is responsible for working collaboratively with team members to effectively coordinate and deliver a high quality of service. They will be an ambassador for the service; will be motivated to provide first class administration; in a professional manner in order to support the work of the service and meet strategic and business objectives. The Post Holder Is a Member Of The Admin SPA Team And The Responsibilities Of The Team Are To Support Clinical Services.
