Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria Current NMC registrant Practice Assessor or equivalent or working towards Experience Essential criteria 2 years recent clinical experience at Band 5/6 Recent experience of supervising, assessing and supporting students and junior staff Ability to prepare, deliver and evaluate training programmes including objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) preparations Desirable criteria Experience of Clinical Audit Experience of working within education Experience of change management Skills and Knowledge Essential criteria Excellent time management skills Dealing effectively with a wide range of people, with the ability to influence others and facilitate change Team Player, with the ability to work autonomously Organised and logical reasoning Ability to prioritise work and work to tight deadlines Desirable criteria Knowledge of NHS Presentation Skills Report writing skills Apply online now"}
