Job Description The Practice Medical Administrator will work to the Practice Manager as part of a small team providing Primary Healthcare. They will have delegated responsibility for the efficient administration of Chepstow Medical Centre. The duties will include creating daily clinics on Defence Medical Information Capability Program (DMICP), booking patients in at reception, maintenance and administration of electronic medical records, typing, filing and patient liaison. Person specification The duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Maintenance of the practice clinic diary including loading clinics onto Medical Information Technology (IT) System. Receiving and booking appointments Administering duties for medical IT systems including creating accounts for locums and new staff.
