We are recruiting to 3 Service Manager posts on substantive basis. These Service Manager posts are a key positions within the Planned, Surgical and Children's Care Directorate, and will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational management and support. Reporting into the General Manager and working closely with the triumvirate team, named Care Group Clinical Lead and Matron, you will ensure we deliver high quality services, provide an excellent experience for our patients and meet our regulatory and operational performance targets. Responsibilities The Service Manager is a key management role and is responsible for the operational delivery of all aspects of the service areas across the Harrogate Hospital site. The key aims are: Provide timely, efficient and effective operational service management support for all specialities within the Care Group to ensure that these services are responsive, innovative and provided to the highest possible clinical and performance standards. Take forward agreed projects to improve service delivery and patient experience in key areas. Lead on ensuring that all performance/quality targets are met. To be a key member of Care Group triumvirate team, taking full responsibility for actions and for keeping other team members fully informed at all times.
