This is an exciting time, as we grow our team and expand our services, both in the hospital and community settings. We are seeking a professional role model who will work in partnership with the outpatients/Catkin leadership team and the wider MDT to assess the need of children and young people and support service delivery and development within outpatients. This role includes the supervision and management of staff, children, young people and their families including clinical work. The post holder will have experience of working within a busy clinical area, willingness to learn new skills and knowledge and have demonstrable effective communication and leadership qualities. The Clinic Manager will supervise and develop junior staff as well as manage a team of nursing staff as part of the Catkin Senior leadership team.
