In addition to this the team will work alongside the inpatient multi-disciplinary team to work towards discharge to the community. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential for this post. Main duties of the job The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude towards supporting people with challenging behaviour and experience of working effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment. Candidates would assist in the provision of both personal and health care, contributing to comprehensive treatment plans for each individual. Candidates would support individuals to access meaningful activities and recognise early warning signs that require care plan intervention.
