13. Working in a theatre environment can be stressful. How do you manage your stress levels in high-pressure situations?
14. Describe a time when you had to cope with a difficult situation at work. How did you handle it, and what was the outcome?
15. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role. Can you describe your level of proficiency with the Welsh language, and how it could benefit your interactions with patients and colleagues?
16. How do you view the importance of ongoing training and professional development in the context of providing high-quality patient care?
17. What areas of personal development are you particularly keen to pursue, should you secure this position?
