The services covered are diverse therefore the role will be varied and challenging for the successful candidate. The main purpose of the role will be to support the Service and Unit Operational Management team, duties including collation of reports as required in relation to waiting lists, assist the Service in service re-design developments and day to day service provision. The post holder should be enthusiastic, motivated and possess good organisational, time management and communication skills. Women’s Services will be moving to the Baird Family Hospital in 2025/26 therefore this is an excellent opportunity to be part of this significant redesign. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with previous NHS hospital experience being essential, they must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as being a team player, be self-motivated and have the ability to manage and prioritise a varied and challenging workload with competing demands. Excellent IT skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, alongside good communication skills. A degree of flexibility may also be required.
