NHS Scotland is seeking a proactive and innovative Unit Support Manager for Women's Services at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital. The role involves supporting the operational management team by compiling reports, assisting in service redesign, and managing daily service provisions. Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and IT skills, along with a degree or equivalent experience in an NHS hospital setting. The position requires self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to handle a diverse workload with competing demands.
