Main duties of the job You will be an inclusive proactive member of the senior nursing team within specialist services. You must be able to use your own initiative by leading, developing, improving and monitoring standards of care to ensure safety for all patients and staff. The Junior Sister/ Junior Charge nurse will work collaboratively with the members of the multidisciplinary team to provide a quality service for our patients. You should have knowledge of the complex discharge process and be able to work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external agencies to provide seamless and safe discharge.
