Main duties of the job To present highly complex statistical information to staff to assist with ongoing service improvement. The post holder is responsible for supporting the Health Records Manager in the achievement of all elective access targets. The post holder will be responsible for training all staff in the rules and guidance for Outpatient Bookings delivery under the direction of the Health Records Manager The post holder will provide support and line management to the Medical Secretarial Teams administration teams ensuring optimum utilisation of outpatient capacity. The post holder will be required to cover vacancies/sickness of the Outpatient booking administration teams Acts as the first point of contact for patient and relatives who wish to raise compliments, concerns or complaints when attending as an out-patient.
