We are a large, local provider of diagnostic, surgical and treatment services for common cancers aiming to provide the best possible care to cancer patients and develop and deliver better treatments. Cancer pathways at King’s form part of an interlinked network of cancer care with partner Trusts and community services within the South East London network, and beyond. The post holder will assist the Cancer Performance Manager in ensuring that trust-wide cancer data collection mechanisms are robust and will be responsible for the recording of Cancer Outcome and Services Data set (COSD). This will involve developing complex information reporting tools, presenting detailed analysis, providing expert analytical and statistical advice to support the admin teams, management, cancer nurse specialists and clinicians. We Are Looking For Someone Who Can analyse and interpret cancer data support the cancer management teams and the cancer data teams. is organised, self-motivated, has attention to detail, can work to tight deadlines, track record of delivering and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly, with travel to other sites in the organisation required on occasion. The role would be ideally suited to one with minimum three year experience of working in the NHS, in a Band 4 or above position and is proficient in data analysis, clinical audits and information management.
