What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you describe any previous experience you have working with children, even if it wasn’t in a formal setting?
2. How do you approach communication with children of varying ages and personalities? Can you provide an example?
3. What kind of play activities do you think are most beneficial for children in a breakfast club setting? How would you implement these?
4. Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children is crucial. How would you manage situations where a child may be feeling unsafe or unhappy?
5. How do you see yourself fitting within a team of colleagues? Can you share an experience where you contributed to a team environment?
6. Can you provide an example of how you would handle a child displaying challenging behaviour?
7. What does safeguarding mean to you, and how would you ensure that you are adhering to safeguarding practices in your role?
8. Children may have different needs and preferences. How would you accommodate diverse needs while supervising activities?
9. How do you approach receiving feedback on your work, and can you give an example of how you’ve used feedback in the past to improve?
10. What motivates you to work in a role that involves caring for children, especially in a breakfast club context?
11. Scarcroft Primary School may organise special events or themed days. How would you contribute to such events?
12. Breakfast clubs can be busy in the morning. How would you manage your time effectively during peak hours?
13. Working in schools can involve unexpected changes. How do you adapt to changes in routine or schedules?
14. How would you involve parents in their children's breakfast club experience, if possible?
