Ensures all discharge/care plans are current and up to date working with the named nurse and MDTs To provide clerical/ and general support to the ward/departmental team. Generally assisting in a non-nursing capacity as directed by the nurse in charge i.e. assist as need be with meals and patients beverages as required.
