The successful candidate will lead on a range of projects that support the development of the Psychological Workforce. Key areas include a focus on recruitment, retention and engagement of staff, supporting development of our Trust-wide CPD and Training programme and delivering the aims of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy for psychology, including working on the ASPIRE programme, to widen access to aspiring psychologists who face increased systemic barriers within the profession. The post will offer excellent opportunities to develop strategic leadership skills, including the contribution to large scale projects taking place with trusts across London and working closely with external stakeholders including NHS England and HEIs in the North Thames region.
