The North London NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Psychological Workforce Development Lead: Practitioner Psychologist to join their new Training and Education department within Corporate Psychology. This role focuses on enhancing the psychological workforce through various projects aimed at improving recruitment, retention, and staff engagement, as well as developing a comprehensive CPD and Training programme. Additionally, the successful candidate will work on initiatives related to the Trust's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy, including the ASPIRE programme to support aspiring psychologists facing systemic barriers.

The position offers an opportunity to develop strategic leadership skills while working on large-scale projects across trusts in London and collaborating with external stakeholders such as NHS England and higher education institutions in the North Thames region. North London NHS Foundation Trust is dedicated to delivering high-quality mental health care and creating supportive work environments for its staff, with a commitment to equity and innovation in service delivery. The role may require occasional work across various locations within Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, or Islington.
