We are open to flexible and hybrid working requests. The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team of PWPs, Counsellors and CBT therapists who work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for clients. Health and wellbeing of staff is important to us. You will receive regular supervision and will also have the opportunity to attend suitable training events to support your professional development. Depending on qualifications, knowledge and skills you will be paid at a corresponding pay band. Please see below and the attached JD/PS for more details. If you are offered an interview the pay and terms and conditions will be discussed then. Band 6 In addition to core training as a counsellor, you must have an HEE Talking Therapies approved training qualification such as PCE-CfD, CTfD. For those qualified Counsellors who have not yet gained BACP Accreditation you must be committed to completion of this within your first 12 months in post. Band 7 In addition to the above you must be accredited with the BACP already and hold a supervision qualification. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
