The Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time qualified Counsellor to join their supportive Talking Therapies team in Chorley & South Ribble. The role involves providing one-on-one, telephone, and online therapy, with a focus on flexibility and hybrid working options. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs), Counsellors, and CBT therapists, and will receive regular supervision and opportunities for professional development.

Candidates must possess an HEE Talking Therapies approved training qualification and, for Band 6 positions, commit to obtaining BACP accreditation within their first year. For Band 7 positions, applicants must already be accredited with the BACP and hold a supervision qualification. The Trust promotes a positive work-life balance and considers various flexible working patterns.
