Salary: up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience and ability About You The right candidate will need to demonstrate they are… Well organised and able to prioritise their work effectively A confident, flexible communicator who can work with people at every level Meticulous and analytical to enable you to understand sometimes complex situations Willing to take ownership and work independently where appropriate Caring and compassionate You will also need to have excellent computer skills, and a strong understanding of medical terminology and local health & social care systems. Ideally we are also looking for someone with experience in care coordination or with knowledge of EMIS and eRS, but this is not required.
