What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you tell us about your previous experience working as a secretary or in an administrative role within the NHS?
2. How have your previous roles prepared you for the fast-paced environment described in this position?
3. Are you familiar with the HIVE system, or similar electronic patient record systems? If so, can you describe your experience with them?
4. What IT skills do you possess that would be beneficial in this role? Can you give examples of how you've applied these skills in your previous work?
5. This role requires excellent communication skills. Can you describe a situation where you successfully communicated important information to a team or a patient?
6. How do you prioritise tasks when you have multiple urgent requests? Can you provide an example?
7. Describe your experience working within a multi-disciplinary team. How do you ensure effective collaboration with your colleagues?
8. Can you provide an example of a time when you had to manage a conflict or difficult situation within a team? How did you handle it?
9. The role involves interacting with patients. How do you ensure that you maintain a caring and professional manner when dealing with enquiries?
10. Describe a challenging situation you encountered in your work. How did you resolve it, and what did you learn from the experience?
11. How do you approach a situation where you identify a potential problem before it escalates?
12. Can you give examples of how you have managed diary schedules and organised meetings for team members?
13. How do you ensure accuracy and attention to detail in your work, particularly when dealing with letters and other documentation?
14. This role may require weekend or evening hours. How do you feel about working outside of standard office hours, and how would you manage your work-life balance?
15. The NHS is frequently changing. How do you adapt to new policies or procedures?
16. What does inclusion and belonging mean to you in the workplace, and how do you foster these values in your day-to-day work?
17. Can you discuss your understanding of the Data Protection Act and Caldicott guidelines in relation to handling confidential patient data?
18. What attracts you specifically to this position within the Burns Trauma and Rehabilitation Service?
