It is essential that the post holder will have a nursing qualification, working with the clinical team to maintain a high level of clinical experience and ensure that outpatient performance targets are achieved and sustained including some waiting list management. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of staff on a daily basis to ensure the highest levels of patient care and experience are achieved. Leadership and Improvement Training South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff.
