This post requires previous sustained secretarial/administrative work experience as essential, preferably gained in a similar environment. Team/Support secretarial experience is desirable. Candidates should have a good general education or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 'O' Grades or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics. Dragon Dictation, setting up systems, diary management, experience of MS Office, excellent communication skills, confidentiality, good team working and a sensitive approach to dealing with patients are also essential for this post.
