Occupational Therapist with excellent communication skills to join our existing dynamic multidisciplinary Local Mental Health Team. The post-holder will conduct specific assessments, formulation and interventions, working collaboratively with patients, their carers/families and partnership organisations to develop creative, goal oriented, time limited occupational therapy plans.
