They will take delegated responsibility from the Director for the day to day management function within their office, ensuring effective and diplomatic management of business through good management practice. You must have significant experience of working in a senior administrative role within a large organisation supported by secretarial qualifications (SCQF Level 7/HNC level or similar) or gained through equivalent work experience. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively, efficiently, and appropriately at all levels both internally and with external organisations.
