Offer companionship and emotional support to service users. Maintain accurate records of care provided, including any changes in the patient’s condition or behavior. Follow care plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of service users. Promote independence by encouraging service users to carry out tasks on their own when possible. Ensure all care practices comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in domiciliary or home care is preferred but not required. Compassionate, caring, and empathetic nature with a passion for helping others. Good communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of people. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required). Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential. DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required.
