The post holder will work with the Quality and Patient Safety Team to develop, monitor and maintain processes to ensure assurance can be provided for all areas of clinical governance, which will include clinical effectiveness, quality improvement, patient safety and risk management. The post is a cross site post with a base at either York or Scarborough Hospital. The post holder will play an active role in the day to day management of Datix and will support the team with the incident review processes as well as provide data and themes for assurance reporting. Excellent IT skills ability to managing complex data processes, and the management of all systems, databases and action logs will be essential skills for the post holder to have. Other core duties will be supporting the preparation of agendas for key meetings and ensuring actions are captured and followed up, supporting the complaints management process and oversight of the audit programme.
