About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience as a Care Home Manager, preferably in elderly care. A proven track record of achieving good CQC ratings and compliance with regulatory standards. Strong leadership skills to motivate and support a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with residents, families, and staff.
