The work is well supported by Chroma's referral and clinical teams. Chroma approach to providing therapy is based in collaboration and systemic thinking. Our therapists have a balanced case load, plenty of time for professional liaison, and therapists' well-being is taken seriously and supported. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with a range of other professionals including social workers, case managers, educators and also family members. You will also work closely with Chroma’s management and clinical teams. You will demonstrate a collaborative working style, excellent report writing, and a client-centered way of facilitating group and individual sessions.
