Chroma provide a significant package of support to our employed therapists, including:

The successful candidate will work across Chroma's main clinical areas - neuro-rehabilitation, adoption and schools. The work is well supported by Chroma's referral and clinical teams. Chroma approach to providing therapy is based in collaboration and systemic thinking. Our therapists have a balanced case load, plenty of time for professional liaison, and therapists' well-being is taken seriously and supported.

You will demonstrate a collaborative working style, excellent report writing, and a client-centered way of facilitating group and individual sessions. Chroma always works in partnership with other professionals.
