To create and maintain the staffing rota systems for care, catering, and domestic staff necessary for the efficient running of the home, including evenings, nights, and weekends To recruit, select, manage, and monitor the work of the staff group and agency staff in line with Service, Departmental, Corporate, and statutory requirements, and to assist staff in their personal development. About The Role Pay Details: Grade 10, SCP 36 - 39 £45,718 - £48,710 p.a. Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours per week. Working to a 4 week rota that includes weekend work for which an enhancement will be paid. To ensure consistency of service there is an expectation to work some of the contracted hours during an occasional part /nightshift. Main Place of Work: Southway, Cowbridge Description: This is an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a committed staff group in providing a quality service to older people who reside in Southway. You will need to have a relevant professional qualification, experience in caring for older people and people living with a dementia and successful experience in managing social care or nursing care services.
