Job Type: Part-time Salary: £11.50 to £17.00 /hour Responsibilities & duties As a healthcare assistant (HCA), you'll work under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional, usually a nurse. Work within a team in a care home environment for the elderly. Support residents with all daily activities in accordance with their individual care plans. Assist in maintaining care records that reflect current needs and preferences for each resident. Ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained by supporting/assisting Elders with washing, toileting, dressing, undressing and all other aspects of daily living. Assisting Elders who have limited mobility, or physical/learning difficulties, making the best use of mobility aids and personal equipment provided.
