The main duties of the job will be to provide day to day supervision of a team of up to 7 administrative staff working across the 3 sites of the Team: Totnes Hospital, Ashburton and Dartmouth Health and Wellbeing Centres. The post holder is responsible for their own workload, undertaking reception, administrative and clerical tasks associated with the smooth running of all departments. Therefore, the successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach, working on a rota basis covering the services over a 7 day, 8am-5pm working week, including Bank Holidays.
