By providing support to Children and young people in their own homes, it enables parents/carers to get a good night’s sleep. The shifts are mainly at night 2200-0700 but staff are expected to attend training/ meetings during the hours of 0900-1700 as well. The role does involve being trained in a variety of clinical skills but you will be given training to achieve all the clinical skills. We offer a individualised induction programme to ensure that all new starters are supported to be confident and competent with each skill.
