Practice Interview

What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you tell us about your professional background and how it has prepared you for a role in organisational development (OD)?
2. What does “compassionate and inclusive” mean to you in the context of working within the NHS and supporting diverse teams?
3. Can you provide an example of a successful OD project you have led? What were the key outcomes and learnings from that experience?
4. Could you elaborate on your experience with inclusion initiatives and how you have contributed to creating an inclusive workplace environment?
5. In your opinion, what attributes define a successful leader in the context of OD and culture change?
6. Describe a challenging situation you encountered while managing change in a previous role. How did you address it, and what was the outcome?
You can answer as many of these questions as you want. Good luck!
