The North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Culture & Organisational Development Practitioner for a 12-month fixed term or secondment contract, offering a salary of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum for a full-time role. This position is integral to the Trust's OD, Inclusion, and Talent team, focusing on the implementation of key people initiatives aligned with the Combined People Strategy. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating cultural change, enhancing staff engagement, and developing talent management strategies to adapt to the evolving NHS landscape.

In this role, the practitioner will provide comprehensive OD and inclusion support during a time of significant organisational transformation within the Trust. Responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality development programs, fostering inclusive and representative work environments, and facilitating joy in work initiatives to help staff navigate change effectively. The practitioner will also contribute to the professional development of managers through leadership programs aimed at achieving the Trust's objectives of enhancing workforce potential over the next several years.
