The Continuous Improvement and Learning Administrator will be responsible for providing administration and clerical support for staff and managers in all aspects of quality and patient safety within the Division. They will also be required to help support the internal systems, processes and activities in the service. The post holder will provide administration support to Senior Leads and other staff within the Continuous improvement and learning team. The post holder will report to the Continuous Learning and Improvement Support Manager. The Administrator will provide the direct support to the service objective of driving assurance and governance activity across the Division.
