North Bristol NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Band 3 Administrator to join its Continuous Improvement and Learning Team (CILT) within Women and Children's Health Services in Bristol. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator looking to contribute to service improvements in Gynaecology, Maternity, and Neonatal Services. The successful candidate will support quality and patient safety initiatives, assist in servicing divisional meetings, and provide administrative support to senior leaders and team members. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient safety and contribute to evolving maternity services that enhance the birthing experience for families.

The Continuous Improvement and Learning Administrator will report to the Continuous Learning and Improvement Support Manager and will be integral in maintaining internal systems and governance activities within the organisation.
