Fraser is a new ward opening on Ferndene site which will support young people with a diagnosis of Learning Disability and /or Autism in assessment and treatment, the ward will be 7 bedded unit This is a Tier 4 CYPS Inpatient services supporting young people between the ages of 13 - 18 years who may require inpatient treatment relating to their mental health needs. The post holder will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high quality and safe care for patients, staff and visitors. They will provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity and who can role model the trust values at all times. They must have broad evidence of continuous professional development. The post holder will be expected to demonstrate excellent clinical skills and we welcome applications from individuals who have experience working with Young people and their families requiring support in relation to their mental health difficulties. The post holder will have operational responsibility for all aspects of clinical standards, professional practice, manage and co-ordinate staff, budget, resources and the environment.
