The Long Term Conditions (LTC) Programme includes - Circulatory Diseases, CVD Prevention, Stroke, Diabetes, Respiratory, Long COVID, Frailty, Dementia, and End of Life. The Prevention Programme includes NHS Long Term Plan Prevention Priorities including Alcohol, Tobacco, Obesity, TB, & HIV Screening. This post holder will primarily lead the Respiratory portfolio including Pulmonary Rehab, Home Oxygen Service, Community Diagnostics, Long Covid, LTBI, TB Service, Winter Planning, and Clinical Pathways Development and Integration. The post holder will have senior manager responsibility within Birmingham and Solihull and will be a subject matter expert leading strategically and operationally on the major area of activity.
