Your role will involve: - Preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. - Supporting Senior Managers and the team with various tasks, gathering information, and conducting inquiries as needed. - Ensuring effective communication within the team and providing excellent customer service by managing mailboxes and directing inquiries appropriately. - Assisting in managing and ordering resources to optimise usage and minimise wastage.
