Your contributions will be key to the smooth functioning and success of the Business Support and wider teams within the ICB. You will help ensure our organisation runs efficiently, complies with regulations, and delivers top-notch services.
As a Business Support Administrator, you will be a flexible team player who can also work independently. Your role will involve:
- Preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Supporting Senior Managers and the team with various tasks, gathering information, and conducting inquiries as needed.
- Ensuring effective communication within the team and providing excellent customer service by managing mailboxes and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assisting in managing and ordering resources to optimise usage and minimise wastage.

You will be part of the Business Support team based in the East Riding of Yorkshire, providing essential business support to the wider ICB team. We offer free on-site parking and an annual leave entitlement starting at 27 days per year, plus bank holidays.
