The Division of Genomic Medicine is complex and subject to frequent and rapid change and growth. To support our current and expanding services and ensure we reach our strategic aims, we are looking for an experienced manager who can support the Division which includes Clinical outpatient services ( specialised and Highly specialised) and laboratory services across two sites. Being a friendly and busy team, the candidate will need to demonstrate they have the personal skills to quickly integrate and support the Genomic Medicine team. The Division of Genomic Medicine is complex and subject to frequent and rapid change and growth. To support our current and expanding services and ensure we reach our strategic aims, we are looking for an experienced manager who: Has previously worked on tender developments, contract negotiations and related service change . Can lead on the development of new and the renewal of appropriate NHS England standard sub-contract arrangements for clinical services with external customers/providers i.e. other NHS Trusts, Independent sector providers and third party providers. Can support the Division in ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are in place for Salary recharges with other NHS Trusts and Universities. When not working on these key workstreams, the post-holder will support other day-to-day business support aspects across the Division as directed by the Divisional Management team. The initial post is for 2 years but this may be extended.
