To provide an accurate and efficient administration service for the CMATS team through the provision of the following: incoming/outgoing telephone calls, emails, audio-typing, diary maintenance, incoming and outgoing mail, arranging meetings. Type confidential highly sensitive letters/medical reports to a high degree of accuracy and ensure prompt distribution to relevant parties.Communicate effectively and establish a good working relationship with a wide range of people including medical staff, senior managers, patients and external agencies ie. GP Surgeries/other Health Boards. To act as a role model by adopting and demonstrating the Values of the organisation through own behaviour and to actively promote the Values across the Organisation. Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and other electronic systems (databases). "}
