The Head of Supply Chain Management role works within the Strategy and Planning team who focus on leading the Integrated Supply Chain Planning process and develop and maintain the Supply Chain and Logistics strategy. The goal is to align Strategy, Design and Commercial and Supply decisions with the overall H2.0 strategy and system, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, on time delivery and supplier performance across category, commodity, digital and regional level. The Demand and Supply Planning team engages with the customers and supply chains to manage the aggregation of supply / demand into a master plan to support scenario modelling activities. The role will take ownership of the preparation of the monthly and weekly demand and supply plans and reviews,whichinclude Engagement with trusts and design teams to capture and validate low, operational and high demand plans. Managing the aggregation of supply / demand plans from multiple interfaces into a master plan The preparation of supply / demand review sessions, incorporating both Bottom Up and Top-Down validation, checks and balances Leading weekly engagement sessions with customers to monitor performance to plan and obtain insights that may influence future demand Tracking, maintenance and visualisation of a wide range of supply, inventory and demand data and information The interpretation and risk assessment of changes to the supply / demand plans and other influences Development and management of operational process improvements Supportingthe creation and maintenance of demand and supply modelling scenarios The role will lead and develop a team with a potential mix of NHP employees and Programme Delivery Partner (PDP) support, and create a wider network of those. This team will deliver against the NHP Strategy, working closely with the Modelling and interventions team within the wider strategy and planning team.
