Our admin team are at the heart of the healthcare team, supporting all healthcare pathways, and delivering excellent customer service to patients. Salary This position is being offered on a flexible basis - we can accommodate full or part time, with a minimum of 3 days per week. Youll receive an annual salary of £24,924 - £27,582 per annum - depending on experience - pro rata if part time. Hours Shifts are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. How will we support you? As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times Provide a high quality admin service to the healthcare team Coordinate clinics and chase referrals (internal and external) Arrange and chase hospital appointments, prisoner release and transfers, and arrange appointments for follow on care Process and respond to Subject Access Requests (SARs) If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
