Where you will be working You will have the opportunity to work in the Eastbourne Victoria Team. You will be a car owner/driver. What you will be doing Assessing new patients for nursing care in their own homes, creating and evaluating care plans. Undertaking skilled nursing care for a devolved caseload with support of the District Nurse Support the District Nurse with leading the team on a day to day basis Our core service hours are 8am - 8pm, 7 days per week. It can be quite a challenging role at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, and resilience and vigilance are important.
