Where you will be working
- You will have the opportunity to work in the Eastbourne Victoria Team.
- You will be a car owner/driver.
What you will be doing
- Assessing new patients for nursing care in their own homes, creating and evaluating care plans.
- Undertaking skilled nursing care for a devolved caseload with support of the District Nurse
- Support the District Nurse with leading the team on a day to day basis
- Our core service hours are 8am - 8pm, 7 days per week.
